Jari Teras is a distinguished figure in the field of surgery, holding the position of Chief of the General and Oncological Surgery Center. Constantine Constantoyannis is a neurosurgeon specializing in functional neurosurgery and spinal surgery. He graduated from medical school at Athens University, Greece, in 1990. He started his clinical career as a resident at the Department of Neurosurgery (1993-1999) at the University of Patras in West Greece with Prof. N. Papadakis. In 2001 he accomplished his PhD in Neurosurgery with a clinical study on Transcranial Doppler Sonography in subarachnoid hemorrhage. After two fellowships (2001) at the University of Umea (Sweden) and at the University of British Columbia (Canada) (2002–2003) with Prof. Christopher Honey, he completed his training in functional neurosurgery. Since 2004, he has been a consultant neurosurgeon at Patras University Hospital, and he is currently an associate professor of neurosurgery at the Medical School in Patras, Greece. He is head of the Functional Neurosurgery program in Patras, and his clinical and research interests are: deep brain stimulation in Parkinson's disease and dystonia; trigeminal neuralgia; spinal stimulation; chronic pain; minimal invasive spinal surgery. He has published more than 90 papers in scientific journals or books and he is member of editorial and advisory boards of 14 journals.

Dr. Vural Fidan has received his MD and PhD from Hacettepe University. He is deputy director of the ENT department. He is an otorhinolaryngologist at Yunus Emre Government Hospital. He worked as a visiting scientist at the Yale University ENT and allergy departments. He has more than 20 SCI-indexed articles. Research interests are pulmonary hypertension, allergy, otology, rhinology, and sleep medicine.

Dr. Kayvan Taghipour-Khiabani holds a master's in experimental science from McGill University in Montreal. He is an assistant professor of surgery and head of the hand and microsurgery section at the University of Nevada School of Medicine, specializing in hand surgery and microsurgery. Dr. Khiabani's expertise is unique in the fields of plastic reconstructive surgery, hand surgery, and microsurgery, as he brings broad surgical expertise and international clinical experience to Southern Nevada. He is the only hand and upper extremity surgeon in Nevada with orthopaedic and plastic surgery fellowships in hand and microsurgery. Dr. Khiabani is board-certified in plastic and reconstructive surgery in the U.S. and Canada. He has an extensive research background in reconstructive and microsurgery. He is a member of prestigious surgical societies, including the American College of Surgeons, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Plastic Surgery Research Council, the American Medical Association, the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada, and the Canadian Society of Plastic Surgeons. He has led many national and international presentations and award-winning lectures in plastic surgery.
